This International Standard specifies the transit time method using radioactive tracers for the measurement of water flow rate in closed conduits.
Gives the principle of the measurement method, required tracer conditions, choice of measuring length of conduit, measurement procedure, estimation of uncertainties in flowrate measurement and flowrate calculation.
