Description

This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies an atomic absorption spectrometric method used for the determination of the tellurium content in iron and steel, which employs electrothermal atomization.

The method is applicable to tellurium contents (mass fraction) in steel of 0.000 2 % or over up to and including 0.002 0 %.
