This Technical Specification will contain the abstract test suite (ATS) to evaluate the conformity of implementation to CEN WI 278348 (i.e. EFC -Electronic fee collection – Interoperable application profiles for information exchange between Service Provision and Toll Charging), taking into account the protocol implementation conformance statement (PICS).TTCN-3 will be used to define the tests.
