Dieses Dokument legt die Eigenschaften für einen wärmeschrumpfenden Schlauch aus Polytetrafluorethylen zur Verwendung in elektrischen Bordnetzen von Luftfahrzeugen bei Betriebstemperaturen zwischen -65 °C und 260 °C fest. Diese Schläuche sind grundsätzlich durchscheinend. Sie sind halbsteif und zur Verwendung an Stellen geeignet, an denen die Beständigkeit gegen Chemikalien und eine hohe Temperaturleistung erfor-derlich sind.
