Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung des Wachsgehalts von Olivenölen und Oliventresterölen als Massenanteil in Milligramm je Kilogramm fest. Die jeweiligen Wachse werden anhand der Anzahl von Kohlenstoffatomen unterteilt.
