This International Standard establishes mounting dimensions for hydraulic single rod cylinders for use at 25 MPa (250 bar), as required for interchangeability of these cylinders. This International Standard allows manufacturers of hydraulic equipment flexibility in the design of 25 MPa (250 bar) cylinders and does not restrict technical development; however, it does provide basic guidelines.
