It also contains documentation of in-service maintenance and repair of coating system(s). These requirements originate in the International Maritime Organization (IMO)'s(1) "Performance Standard for Protective Coatings for Dedicated Seawater Ballast Tanks in All Types of Ships and Double-Side Skin Spaces of Bulk Carriers" (PSPC), Paragraph 3.4, Coating Technical File (CTF).
