This International Standard specifies a method for determining the ash yielded by cereals, pulses and their milled products intended for human consumption. The source materials covered are:<\/p>\n

    grains of cereals;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    flours and semolinas;<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  3. \n

    milled products (bran and high bran content products, sharps);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    mixed cereal flours (mixes);<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  5. \n

    cereal by-products other than milled products; and<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  6. \n

    pulses and their by-products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
