These<br \/>\ninterference criteria are based on levels of interference<br \/>\nestablished in Parts 21 and 94 of the FCC Rules and<br \/>\nRegulations.<\/p>\n<p>The first major section of this Bulletin is Section 2,<br \/>\n<i>Technical Considerations for Interference Analysis<\/i>.<br \/>\nSection 2, characterizes the various interfering signals (FM-FDM,<br \/>\nFM-Video, Vestigial Sideband Video, and Digital) and explainst he<br \/>\nconsiderations in calculatingt his interference into victimr<br \/>\neceivers (FM-FDM, FM-Video, Vestigial Sideband Video, and Digital).<br \/>\nThis edition of the Bulletin includes calculation methods for<br \/>\nvestigial sideband AM Video but does not includtaeb les or<br \/>\ncalculation methods for othert ypes of vestigial or single-sideband<br \/>\nAM interference. Section 3, <i>Applications (Interference<br \/>\nCalculations and Measurements)<\/i>, explains the methodology for<br \/>\nmaking coordination calculations and shows sample calculations. The<br \/>\nactual criteria for proper coordinationa re contained in Section 4,<br \/>\n<i>Technical Considerations for Path Design<\/i>. Annexes A-D<br \/>\ncontain additional informatiofno r those seeking more detailed<br \/>\nbackground for the formulas and other informationin the main, part<br \/>\nof this Bulletin. Annex F specifically addresses PCS-POFMS spectrum<br \/>\nsharing considerations.
