Diese Europäische Norm legt zusätzliche oder abweichende Anforderungen zur EN 81-1 und EN 81-2 für neu zu errichtende Personen- und Lastenaufzüge, die auch zur Brandbekämpfung und Evakuierung unter Kontrolle der Feuerwehr eingesetzt werden dürfen, fest. Sie befasst sich mit den signifikanten Gefährdungen für Aufzüge im Hinblick auf die Bedürfnisse der Feuerwehr, wenn sie bestimmungsgemäß unter den vom Hersteller und Errichter vorgesehenen Bedingungen genutzt werden. Ein Aufzug, für den diese Norm zutrifft, muss die grundlegenden Sicherheitsanforderungen für jene Art von Aufzug erfüllen, wie sie in der zutreffenden DIN-Norm angegeben sind.*Inhaltsverzeichnis
