This document specifies a method of measuring piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric fine ceramics and other piezoelectric devices under high-temperature conditions, where the electromechanical coupling coefficient is determined based on measurements of resonance\/antiresonance frequencies using impedance analysers.<\/p>\n
