{"id":593754,"date":"2024-11-05T21:32:50","date_gmt":"2024-11-05T21:32:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/uncategorized\/iso-149392001\/"},"modified":"2024-11-05T21:32:50","modified_gmt":"2024-11-05T21:32:50","slug":"iso-149392001","status":"publish","type":"product","link":"https:\/\/pdfstandards.shop\/product\/publishers\/iso\/iso-149392001\/","title":{"rendered":"ISO 14939:2001"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>This International Standard specifies a high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method for the<\/p>\n<p>determination of the carbadox content in premixtures and animal feeding stuffs.<\/p>\n<p>The method is applicable to animal feeding stuffs with a mass fraction of carbadox of 0,5 mg\/kg (limit of<\/p>\n<p>quantification) to 100 mg\/kg, and to premixtures with a mass fraction of carbadox up to 10 %.<\/p>\n<p>The lower limit of detection is 0,1 mg\/kg.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE 1 For animal feeding stuffs the mass fraction of carbadox is expressed in milligrams per kilogram, and for premixtures<\/p>\n<p>as a percentage by mass.<\/p>\n<p>NOTE 2 Carbadox is a chemotherapeuticum belonging to the quinoxaline group.
