The methods are capable of determining monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in food simulants separately, or combined, at the specific migration limit SML (T) of 30 mg\/kg. NOTE This method was developed for the determination of monoethylene glycol and diethylene glycol in 15 % v\/v aqueous ethanol, as required by the regulations in force at the time the development work was carried out.
