Ground reflection corrections are provided<br \/>\nin the form of a difference spectrum between the measured and<br \/>\nfree-field spectra. The calculation procedure takes into account<br \/>\nthe ground impedance and air turbulence. Guidance on the required<br \/>\nvalues of ground impedance and turbulence parameters is given for a<br \/>\nrange of conditions. The program may also be used to correct a<br \/>\nmeasured spectrum, automatically adjusting for any discrepancy<br \/>\nbetween the cancellation frequencies of the predicted and measured<br \/>\nspectra. Such discrepancies may arise from atmospheric turbulence,<br \/>\nerrors in source location or timing errors. An allowance may be<br \/>\nmade for the characteristics of the filters used to analyse<br \/>\nmeasured data.
